The series, told from a canine point of view, follows the newly adopted dog Stan, step-siblings, Tyler, Avery and Chloe, and their parents Bennett and Ellen, as they adjust to life as a new family. To learn more about Stan, fans can visit his blog at SeeStanBlog.com beginning September 18. Posts will be uploaded weekly including those featured in the show and more. On September 18, Stan's Sneaky Blog game launches at SeeStanBlog.com where players must help Stan collect everything he needs to write his blog without parents, Bennett and Ellen, catching him. We have a good mix of all the usual shows with ANT Farm, Good Luck Charlie, Jessie, Austin & Ally, Phineas and Ferb, Fish Hooks, and Gravity Falls. For some strange reason they're also airing six new episodes of My Babysitter's a Vampire this month! ... and not a single new Shake it Up. Weird.

New Fish Hooks Game

Ya know, it seems to me like Disney is getting a bit desperate to promote Fish Hooks. I mean, a free iPhone/iPod/iPad app? That's a new trick. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s4Fhj3l831I&feature=player_embedded And I do have to admit, it does look kinda cool. If only I had an iPhone/iPod/iPad. xD Disney's official press release w/ download instructions follow:
DISNEY CHANNEL LAUNCHES "FISH HOOKS" GAME FOR IPHONE, IPAD & IPOD TOUCH -- Fish Hooks Available Now from the App Store -- Disney/ABC Television Group's Digital Media team is launching "Fish Hooks," a new physics-based puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch based on the popular Disney Channel series of the same name. The game is available for free from the App Store in more than 70 countries. Fish Hooks features Milo the fish and a host of his aquatic friends from Freshwater High. In the game, the ever "crabby" Randy Pincherson lives up to his mischievous ways, challenging Milo to an elaborate obstacle course game that he has created. Players assume the role of Milo and must master the art of making and popping bubbles to successfully navigate the treacherous waters of Randy's diabolical design. Fish Hooks voice talent Kyle Massey (Milo) and Joshua Sussman (Randy) provide the voice over for the game. Players will float, fall and fling themselves through the mazes to advance, all while maneuvering with great precision. Perfect timing and puzzle solving skills are essential to avoid the increasingly difficult obstacles and master all of the underwater moves needed to win. Game features include: * Over 50 levels of marine madness * The ability to unlock 5 of Milo's best friends that can be used as player characters in the game * Master the art of bouncing off turtles * Surf whirlpools, fly through tubes and free fall * Collect apples in each level and to get the highest score * Beat Randy Pincherson at his own game and win back the trophy Fish Hooks is an inventive animated comedy series, set inside a giant fish tank in Bud's Pet Shop. It presents high school life as seen through the eyes of three BFFs (best fish friends), Bea, Milo and Oscar. Together they experience life's typical challenges and triumphs, including friendship, dating and sports, along with more atypical situations such as giant lobster attacks and, with the use of special land suits, school field trips to the hamster cages. The series was created by children's book illustrator Noah Z. Jones and features a notable voice cast, including: Chelsea Kane ("Baby Daddy," "Dancing with the Stars") as Bea, Kyle Massey ("Dancing with the Stars," "Cory in the House") as Milo and Justin Roiland ("The Sarah Silverman Program") as Oscar. New episodes of "Fish Hooks" air Fridays on Disney Channel. Disney/ABC Television Group's Digital Media team has launched several new groundbreaking apps that have been a hit with kids and parents this summer. "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Road Rally Appisode" is the first in a series of full length shows for iPad that feature an unprecedented level of interactivity. "WATCH Disney Channel," "WATCH Disney Junior" and "WATCH Disney XD" make full length episodes of popular shows available on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Comcast Xfinity customers can access live feeds of the networks, as well as first looks and sneak peeks. With "Jake's Never Land Pirate School," kids can become completely immersed in Never Land, completing pirate-themed challenges presented in Sailing, Pirate Band, Map and Spyglass and Pixie Dust classes. The Fish Hooks App is available for free from the App Store on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch or at www.itunes.com/appstore/. "Fish Hooks" is available for free from the App Store on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch or at www.itunes.com/appstore/.

Disney Channel August 2012 Highlights

Sorry I'm a little late with the list of new episodes this month. It's been a crazy week.

http://g2i.us/images/disney-channel-logo.jpg

We have a good mix of all the usual shows with ANT Farm, Good Luck Charlie, Jessie, and My Baby Sitter's a Vampire all airing th usual two new episodes. Strangely Austin & Ally is only getting one new episode for the second month in a row. Meanwhile, Shake it Up and Phineas and Ferb both have end of summer specials. There's no "back to school" DCOM this year, so I think they're trying to use the SIU multi-episode and P&F special to fill that void.
