… and when it comes to Disney Channel, that means Bella Thorne.
I’ve said it before and I will say it again, she is the current face of the network.
Pretty much everyone DC was there that day, and I know this is hardly scientific, but aside from Selena she clearly got the most attention from the crowd.
Or maybe they all just liked her dress. What do I know? 😛
There was a lovely shot of her with Caroline on the red carpet. But OMG, what happened to Zendaya? (Sorry, bad joke, couldn’t resist.)
Aside from the red carpet, there were also a few nice shots of Bella in the Minnie Lounge or whatever they called it. I’m sure the guys loved the theme. xD

And what about the guys? The way you see DC isn’t the way most fans do. I submit to you Greg that most fans would see Ross Lynch as being the face of DC long before Bella Thorne.

The idea that Debby Ryan is the face of DC is laughably absurd. I don’t think she wants to be judging by her near inability to look pleasant at events (dead face). Also her show Jessie is bad. Not like being the face of DC means anything beyond average people associating you with DC’s image.

@Adam: Ha ha ha … no. SiU might even be worse than Jessie but at least it’s not too dull to be anything. Plus SiU is both more popular (if only slightly) and better targets DC’s primary audience. Of course a bad show doesn’t prevent a person from being the face of DC. Being less interesting to the general public than other DC stars does.

How did Cody Simpson get into this? Has he ever been a regular cast member on a DC show? I know they play his music on Radio Disney but I don’t equate him with DC.
I would say DC shows aren’t built around male stars (that’s what Disney XD is for), so the “face of DC” is definitely female. The last time they had a lone male main character was Cory in the House, and that show was canned. “The Suite Life” only had male main characters because the gimmick was that they were twins, not males. Those are the rare exceptions to the rule. So I would say the “face of DC” is either Debby or Bella for sure.
She looks pretty, but I could have done with out the Lego style necklace as well.

Bella Thorne IS the face of Disney Channel, 3.4 million followers on twitter, the ONLY disney star to have that many followers aside from Zendaya who is also the face of the network but she plays second to Bella… Bella also is filming a BIG movie role with top of the notch Hollywood people, then has another movie role, an album that’s coming out, and a book. So she is the superstar of the channel… Anyone can see it, because Disney promotes the heck out of her and shoves her down our throats…
