I thought it might be fun to post a few new Brenda Candids.
And this particular set is fairly new… this month even. 🙂
As if the coat wasn’t a giveaway for that. xD
I don’t know about the rest of you but I really miss Brenda since On Deck wrapped up.
I know she was on a couple episodes of Scandal, but I didn’t see those. xD
Fortunately, it looks like she has a couple projects lined up for 2013.
I just wish she was at more events, ya know?

You are not the only one that misses Brenda, Greg. Unfortunately, while we have been spoiled by her long run as London, as well as other Disney project in which she has been involved, in reality she has three strikes against her in the Industry: being not only Asian, but an Asian female and being mostly know for children’s programming.
Transitioning from a child star to more adult roles is hard enough–which is ironic to say given that Brenda is now in her mid-20s–but being an Asian female only worsens the case. Few roles are designed for, let alone offered to Asian actors. Casting directors should see past that–London was not a role one would expect to be played by an Asian–but often times that seems to not be the case.
There seems to be a lot of candids off her in the past year. Is someone stalking her? 😛
