Variety’s 5th Annual Power Of Youth Event was last Saturday.
This annual event has always been a real who’s who kind of event so I’m glad to see Debby made it again this year.
Even if she was looking a little tied she still looked great.
I really like her new “Jessie” hair too. It brings out her beautiful eyes.

Debby is absolutely gorgeous.
I knew my girl Debby was going to be a stunner from the moment I saw her on that first episode of “Suite Life On Deck” now over 3 years ago! OMG, where does the time go?
That being said, Debs schedule is extremely demanding and as pretty as she looks here I can also tell she’s very tired.
I wish I could just take her in my arms, give her a HUGE hug and tell her how much I love her. Debs is over 18 so I can use words like “hot” or “sexy” to describe her and it would be appropriate BUT . . . I still think she’s adorable! 😀
In regards to her hair color it looks like she just had a touch-up possibly even right before this event. If you notice the top of her head it’s a brighter red color than the rest.
@greg – Greer Grammer is the daughter of Kelsey Grammer – most recently she’s on a show called “Awkward” on MTV, but she’s also been on iCarly. She’s also known for being a smoking hot Cali blonde who was Miss Teen Mailbu.

Louie, I checked my usual photo sites and didn’t find anything on Greer. I also tried a google image search by image (I love that new feature) and didn’t find anything that way either.
