I don’t think it’s overreaching to say that Bella’s outfit is no where near age appropriate. I mean, she’s clearly comfortable with her body but she really isn’t leaving much to the imagination.

  2. There should be a law about using a word like “hot” to describe a 13 year old girl but since there isn’t I call upon you guys to show some class – PLEASE! At 13 Bella doesn’t fully understand her own sexuality yet. She probably thinks “it is cool” to wear a bikini like that and has no idea that it could possibly have any other meaning. Come on guys, please let’s give Bella a break here, okay? I’m not saying you have to wait until the day she turns 18 – heck I confessed my crush for Debby Ryan when she was still 17 – but geez guys, Bella is only 13 now. Let’s give her a chance to get a little older, okay? 🙂

    😛 I have a feeling we’ll be seeing Debs in some pretty sexy clothing in “Jessie”. Did you ever watch “Gossip Girl”? That show is also set on the upper east side of NYC and the girls dresses are so short they are practically up to their chin. 😀

  29. Hey people ive been reading some of the comments up there. And a while ago jr parker said that disneys paying to be role models. The only problem is that shes probably dressing that way because shes seen other girls dress like that. Not slutty or whorry just trying tp fit in.   30. Ok. We get it. The bikini is a tad showy or a lot depending on how you see it. But come on, she’s a beautiful girl, like all girls are. And I can say this without being creepy cuz Im 13. Respect her decision. It’s pretty hard growin up at a time where showIng your body and being extremely sexual is accepted. I know. I’m in the same situation. Bottom line, she’s successfully chasing her dream as a disney star and we should commend her for that.

    Bella is a 13 year old girl. At that age most girls do not completely understand the meaning of their own sexuality. She probably thought this bikini would be “cool” to wear. Let’s give Bella a break and knock off the name calling.

    I wouldn’t care if you used that sort of language towards Vanessa Hudgens or Miley Cyrus because they are fair game at this point but Bella deserves a chance to grow up before she is labeled like that.

    Bella is an actress that you see on your television but she’s also a REAL person with FEELINGS. She has likely read the comments on this and other fansites who have posted those pictures. I’m sure she has asked questions to her mother or other adult figures in her life (her parents are divorced) and is starting to figure things out. Calling her names isn’t going to help the situation.

  50. I refuse to sit here and see people treating bella like this. She is an amazing girl with amazing things ahead of her, but all that can be ruined by just one of you people being mean to her. Personally, i say props to bella for doing this. She’s an average teen in my eyes, as i am, and i know from experience that right now is when we’re trying to figure out who we are. So, to bella, forget what these people say. Live life loud, and you’ll have the best experience anyone could ask for.
