As Lissa previously reported Demi will not be returning to her series Sonny with a Chance. As she mentioned in the People interview, she’s just not ready to have people looking at her. I guess that explains why she’s been avoiding movie premieres and other special events as well.
As we already knew, her issues included an eating disorder (anorexia and bulimia), cutting, and bipolar disorder. But I have to warn you, if you’re a real fan, it’s not easy watching her struggle to talk about it.

I’m glad she’s finally admitted all that, and now I think she should live up to her mistakes and make up for them.
Just watched the interview on 20/20.
All I can say is I’m sorry Demi went through so much, and that interview didn’t even really touch on all of it.
She’s been through a lot of stuff, but that which doesn’t kill us makes us stronger, and I’m glad she’s chosen to “Stay Strong” now.
I hope that she stays strong and that she has a very happy & healthy long life.
I totally agree with Tony, she’s having a rough period right now and I really hope that she’ll make the right decisions and stuff.
Does anyone know if the GMA interview was actually aired? I taped both shows on 4/22. But, at least here in Indianapolis, she was only on 20/20.
