I had already posted some great pics of Debby Ryan at the LA Premiere of I Am Number Four, but I didn’t realize Bella Thorne was there too.
Thirteen year old Bella is beyond adorable, there’s no denying that, but just have a look at the dress she was wearing!
My goodness, Debby never got away with showing that much leg! LOL
Not only is Bella totally showing off her legs, she’s almost flaunting them in some of these shots.

As for the leg issue and flaunting, I have to wonder, is it a Disney thing or is it Debby thing?
I have never seen a pic of my girl Debby where she has flaunted her legs. Now Bella on the other hand is OBVIOUSLY flaunting them here. In Bella’s defense she’s only 13 and may not fully be aware of her “sexuality” yet so we should probably cut her a break. Besides, the girl has “chicken legs” if you ask me.
Those chicken legs may fill out, like the rest of her body. She still pretty much has the body of a 12-year-old.

Greg, LOL! Maybe you do have a ‘thing’ for girls with ultra-skinny shapeless legs. I agree with Bill Schlichting that Bella will likely fill out when she gets a little older. BTW, I think Zendaya has “chicken legs” too and I also thought the same of Miley in the early seasons of HM. Miley’s legs have filled out nicely as she aged and I imagine the same will happen with Bella and Zendaya.
Selena has skinny legs but they are NOT shapeless and they are NOT “chicken legs” by any means. 😉

and yes, Bella is only a girl. She will develop, just as Miley et all did. Anyone remember how flat me emily was back in season one HM? I rest my case.
Well… to be fair I do think Bella is cute. But not at all in the same way that I think Selena is cute. 😉
i gotta say bella is very cute but but not in the same way that i think demi & selena & taylor are cute she might have got ranked in to the same way i think demi is cute if she was older lol
