I think she’s supposed to be Lady Gaga.
I do kinda like the blue lipstick. It’s an interesting look.
She really does look great in anything… and I can still see her mole! 😉
Nick cutie Victoria Justice also looked amazing at the event.
Of course, her blue dress outfit was much more traditional but obviously Vic looked great on the blue carpet as well.
