Selena posted the image of her album cover for “Kiss and Tell” on her twitter yesterday.

Be sure to catch the premiere of her new single “Falling Down” on Radio Disney today, and see the video next Friday after the premiere of the WOWP Movie.

I have a feeling she’ll be singing a few tracks from it at the D23 Expo this September.

to Premiere Friday, August 21 on Radio Disney–

Disney Channel will present the world premiere of Selena Gomez and The Scene’s first music video, “Falling Down,” from their upcoming debut album, “Kiss & Tell,” FRIDAY, AUGUST 28 following the premiere of “Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie.” “Falling Down,” the band’s first single, will debut as a Radio Disney Planet Premiere FRIDAY, AUGUST 21.

The music video for the energetic pop-rock song was directed by Chris Dooley (Jewel “Stand,” The Scissor Sisters “Land of a Thousand Words”) and features Gomez and her four member all-guy band on a black circular stage rocking out in front of a large projection of patterned animated images towering in the background. “Falling Down” was written by Ted Bruner, Trey Vittetoe and Gina Shock.

Gomez’s freshman album “Kiss & Tell” releases worldwide Tuesday, September 29 on Hollywood Records. “Falling Down” will be available as a digital single on iTunes August 25.

  4. Yeah G I do. The cover is too weird. The close head shot I don’t like and WTF is up with that pink heart? Why did she have to choose that pic for her cover? And her single ‘Falling Down’ is iffy. I heard it a couple times on RD last Friday during the debut and now I’m like what or who is she trying to be? Her sound sounds similar to other young female artists. If that’s her than it’s almost like another cookie-cutter mold popstar coming out.

    Her ducky lips are the thing that I love most about her… well looks wise. I like her as a person too.

  8. I don’t want another Demi we already have one; Demi Lovato. I want her to be her own and so far it is so lookin great. I don’t care right now that she doesn’t write her own songs but I want her to be unique and stand out so I can say I want Demi and I listen to Demi or I want Styx so I listen to Styx or now I want some Selena so I go hear her. Of course the cover art is going to be attractive but news flash people if cover art is what sells than become a photographer and sell your picture; don’t try to sell music. I have nothing against Selena, her band or her writers but it like I’ve seen all this before and there is no originality.

  9. People always say don’t judge a book by it’s cover, but when you’re going to buy a book, that’s exactly what you have to do! It’s the same with a physical CD. You really have to judge the music by the picture on the cover. the cover is not a very good measure of the contents – but it’s just about all there is.

  10. i may have alot to say maybe not.As for sugar on her lips, that’s an interesting idea. i’m not fond of the heart, but i love the lips. they are so pink.the size of the heart makes her look weird if you just see the heart part. i wasnt happy. but its her choice and i like her so…

    as for the sound of her music…when has it ever been intensly original? never. thats when. shes an actress. not a singer. i’m worried about her live shows. but that later. she has a sweet attractive voice. very girly. i like that. i didnt expect to love the music. i just support her in everything she does. i will buy the album regardless of the cover and the potentialy awful music inside. i love her voice and i can pick that out away from the misic. you know, she sounds like the band “Missing Persons”.

    as for her being sexy. oh yeah! shes sexy. now that shes wearing high (high) heels. and nice dresses. shes 17 now. shes getting much more attractive. though she always has been. she is hot and sexy. and this coming from me. i dont dwell on it. but ive def. noticed it. she is a stunner.

  12. I’m waiting to see the video for the song and to hear future sings from her. I have not written her off yet by no means. She has potential and can be a star but this first single is not it for me.
    And I have no comment on her ‘sexyness’

    one more time, Selena Gomez is H.O.T. but shes also very sweet give you cavities.

  21. Well I guess if one constantly hears the same song over and over again it settles in. Lucky for me I only hear it when I play video or on occasion on RD when I listen.

    i just want to say that i love Selena’s album. there’s a lot i find lacking. but for a freshman effort from a non singer, it is really good. and her voice is perfect. that chipmonkie squeeky voice she has that is so sexy. she’s a winner.
