“Don’t Forget” is my favorite song from Demi Lovato’s debut CD, so I was really happy to learn that they shot a music video for it. And wow, what a powerful video it is!
We start with an extreme closeup of Demi.
And then pull back to see her sitting in the corner staring out the window of her tour bus.
Before she goes out into the rain, with her umbrella.
This leads to her rocking out in the rain.
And getting really, really, wet.
Before we close on a very intensely emotional scene: Demi with a single tear.
*sniffles* Beautifully done.
I didn’t even notice the tear.
any way, I know the rain symbolizes something. Even though I feel close to knowing it, I can’t quit put my finger on it. Time after time I’ve heard songs where rain symbolizes hardship. What do you think?
Rain can symbolize a hole bunch of things. Sadness, despair, purity, cycle of life, etc…

BTW: why the hell does Demi wear so much makeup? that’s probably what makes her look ugly (or old). Or maybe it’s the retouching?

Bus: Why out of all vehicle did it have to be a bus? I it’s because they are celebs, why’d they have to be celebs?
Marry go round: Why out of all things did Demi have to have a marry go round behind her?
Fountain: Why where water fountains behind Demi in the seen where she got wet?
Pictures: What did Demi mean by “at last, all the pictures have been burned?
It’s a tour bus.
It’s Merry-go-round. With a e. And it’s a symbol of childhood and innocence.
The water looks cool.
And when you experience a rough breakup, it’s sort of customary to burn your photos of/with your ex. More so with girls than with guys.
Well what could the tour mean?
So it’s like , how they’re a innocent and the brake up is caused by problems?
But the water also has to have some other meaning.

Musicians are always on tour buses. It’s a normal imagery for a video.

rain is an excuse to get a starlette wet. thats all. wet is hot. and demi; though not as hot as Selena Gomez,is very hot. wet or dry.

the rain had to have some other reason.
possibly that reason for wet being hot could be that humans have had resent aquatic ancestors and the instinct for enjoyment of watter still remains.
What recent aquatic ancestors? The only real aquatic mammals (dolphins, whales) are descended from horse like animals.
there is a scientific theory that some apes evolved into aquatic apes and then continued to evolve and returned to land and later evolved into humans. the branches that became chimpanzees and bonobos had already separated before the adaptions that created the aquatic apes. some of these adaptions include less hair and the ability to swim. that is why humans have these traits and they’re relatives don’t: simply because random evolution didn’t bring them back to the way they were
what happened to the aquatic ape is unknown. It is assumed that they became extinct. however it is possible that mermaid sitings are in fact sitings of the descendants of the aquatic apes. still, since there is no proof of mermaid sitings, the theory remains that humans are the only living descendants of the aquatic ape.
