The song premieres Friday on Radio Disney (8:00 a.m. ET / 5:00 a.m. PT) and the music videos debut that evening on Disney Channel (8:00-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) and MONDAY, FEBRUARY 18 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney XD. Disney will again fete the O.W.C.A.’s most popular secret agent, Perry the Platypus, on National Platypus Day, SATURDAY, MARCH 2. The mult-platy-form, month-long celebration includes two new episodes that highlight Perry, introduce a new O.W.C.A agent from Canada and a formidable foe from down under. Now through April 14, 2013, Disney and SUBWAY(r) restaurants, the world’s largest restaurant chain, will bring fans “Phineas and Ferb” characters and content through a SUBWAY Fresh Fit for Kids Meal(tm). Each SUBWAY Fresh Fit for Kids Meal comes with one of six “Phineas and Ferb”-themed reusable bags, featuring Phineas, Ferb, Perry the Platypus, Candace or Dr. Doofenshmirtz, and includes a download code for a “Phineas and Ferb” episode, app or song that parents can redeem with their preferred download provider. We start with a few new episodes tonight, followed by a two week lull and a fairly heavyly weighted end of month set of premieres. The biggest event of the month is also the last, when Carly Rae Jepsen guest stars on Shake it Up. :) Disney's official press release is as follows.

As Chyna struggles to write a song for her presentation, she decides to lock herself in a recording booth until she comes up with a great song. After accidentally falling asleep, Chyna takes a dream journey back in time where she becomes famous African American music icons from the past, Ella Fitzgerald, Aretha Franklin and Janet Jackson. Using her dream as inspiration, Chyna writes a new version of the "A.N.T. Farm" theme song, "Exceptional," with lyrics that pay tribute to the great women who came before her. Friday, February 15 Fish Hooks "Koi Story" (9:45 PM – 10:00 PM ET/PT) When Koi feels pressure to fit in, she ends up letting the girls believe that she did some daring, dangerous and unbelievable feat. The news spreads and she welcomes the new found popularity. Unfortunately, Piranhica calls her out on the lie and Koi must decide if the glory is worth risking her life to prove she does actually have an adventurous side. Disney Channel January 2013 Highlights

December was kind of a slow month for DC, with only a handful of new Christmas / New Year's specials. And this year, they're not even doing a special new years eve countdown nor will the first new episode of the year be at 12:01 AM on January 1st.

Instead, this year we will have to wait all the way until the 11th for the next "night of premieres." Fortunately, once the ball gets rolling, it looks like we can expect new episodes of pretty chuch everything for the rest of the month.
Friday, January 11 A.N.T. Farm "early retiremANT" (8:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.) After Principal Skidmore retires, Chyna's grandmother, Gladys, becomes the school principal. But after Chyna’s grandmother continues to embarrass her at school, she tries to get Principal Skidmore back in her old job. Anyway, there's not much new happening this month. The GLC, DWAB, and SIU Christmas Special have already premiered. We hope you liked them! Program, where monsters like Chyna go to school with normal high school students. When Chyna soon develops a forbidden crush on a cute human boy named Brady, she pretends to be human in order to spend quality time with him. Meanwhile, Olive clones herself to be in two places at once, but when her Igor-like assistant Violet accidentally lets the clone loose, it wreaks havoc on the school. We have a good mix of all the usual shows with ANT Farm, Good Luck Charlie, Jessie, Austin & Ally, Phineas and Ferb, Fish Hooks, and Gravity Falls. For some strange reason they're also airing six new episodes of My Babysitter's a Vampire this month! ... and not a single new Shake it Up. Weird.
