If memory serves these pics were from DC’s upfronts. I remember shortly after this Debby tweeted that she had a crush on the east coast. I was really happy to learn that because after I marry her that’s where we’re going to live. 😀

I feel bad for Laura. Being photographed next to Debby like that, she really pales in comparison.
I loved in Suite Life on Deck & on Radio Rebel, and I hope she;s in more Tv shows or movies.

Once again I reply from the great far-off future! But seriously, Arwin probably has it right. China Anne McClain was also there (all three girls did video interviews while on the Empire State Building and…Debby’s kind of crossed into China’s) so I’m really surprised there are no shots with her in it. I vaguely recall that Debby always wanted to go to NYC (though she had been there prior to this shoot before) and China wanted to go shopping on Fifth Avenue (in China’s interview video she says they did), so if it’s not Disney related they probably just dragged Laura along somehow 🙂
