Demi Lovato at the San Diego County Fair

So… I went to see Demi Lovato at the San Diego County Fair on Tuesday (June 12th 2012).

I’m so not used to seeing Demi as a blonde. Don’t get me wrong, she looked very nice all the same, but it does take some getting used to.

Miss Lovato played a fairly long show – just over an hour and without that much of a gap between songs. She focused mostly on her new album, but she played all the old singles (Get Back, La La Land, Remember December, etc.) too.

She also inhaled a bug and nearly choked to death (not really) during “Skyscraper.”

Although I must say, she totally toned down the choreography. “Who’s that Boy” in particular felt less than spectacular.

I guess part of that was so she could do a longer show, but I missed the sexiness of the September show.
