I hate Friends For Change.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for kids being enviromentally responcible…
But there is a point at which we go from “turn off extra lights” to “reducing your carbon footprint.” *eye roll*
Anyway, Debby looks cute in these pics, so I guess it’s not all a waste of time.

You got it! Friends for Change is a big waste of money. When I was a teenager, the same crap was going on. The big difference was that our “footprint” was causing an impending ice age from carbon monoxide. The U.S. has cleaned up substantially, but now we are facing global warming from carbon dioxide. As for the money raised, that should cover Los Angeles County. And it’s been my experience that people in L.A. County think the rest of the world is like they are. It’s a seriously short-sighted program.
