I wonder if Aly was really nude in the movie and Hellcats shower scenes? I like to think she was, but she probably had pasties and other stuff was edited out. Still, I wish she’d just go ahead and do it since it doesn’t really look like her acting or music career is headed anywhere, right?

If Aly did a nude spread she would be throwing away ANY chance of having a legitimate career. Granted she hasn’t connected with the “perfect” vehicle yet but Aly is talented, beautiful and still young. She has time. I get the fact that you want to see her nude but that’s pretty selfish of you to ask Aly to throw away her career just for your personal desires. Get yourself a Playboy, a tube of K-Y and have at it. 😛

@Arwin – that’s the point – you’re assuming she has a career. Everything to this point screams that she has the talent but isn’t moving forward with anything and by the time she does, her chances will be gone.

Maybe you’re forgetting or completely ignorant that the most famous nude actress, Marilyn Monroe, would’ve been a nobody if she hadn’t posed nude first (so I guess that blows your idiot theory out of the water).
@Ken I agree she probably hada double considering every scene that was “risqué” you didn’t see her face and also the fact that she has/had a strong religious faith (not talking about no Miley “faith”) would make it less likely that was her.

First of all Kate Winslet, Hallie Berry, Christina Ricci, Reese Witherspoon, and Jodie Foster never posed for Playboy. As usual you are talking out of your ass with no FACTS to back up your claims. Secondly, any established actress or singer who did pose for Playboy did so AFTER their careers peaked, not before you during.

Ken, she had a bit part at best… the shower scene was like her only real featured moment in the whole film. Would they really spring for a body double? Also, she DID do her own shower scene in Hallcats… so I think it’s likely she did this scene too.
Louie we all know that nudity doesn’t automatically equal success. Lindsay Lohan still picks shitty movies to be in and can’t get decent work despite posing nude twice.
Those actresses you mentioned are successful because they’re good actresses that were fortunate enough to pick decent roles. Aly is a good actress but lets be real, a show about cheerleaders shaking their ass gets old and tired after a while. The plot lines were stupid in most of the Hellcats episodes.
She needs to be more picky about the roles she chooses. Otherwise her career will go nowhere. I also think she’s criticized for being an ex Disney actress. That girl from Even Steven’s did a nude scene and where is she now? And that WAS actually har.
