I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think 20 year old Kelsey is very beautiful.
So you can imagine how thrilled I was to learn she was at the 2012 Kids Choice Awards.
Okay, so her dress isn’t as awesome as Jennette’s, but she still looks amazing.
I may need some help with my jaw. 😉

I am not really a fan of kelsey, but i will admit that i think she has a very pretty face. Its just her body that im not too crazy about..
