I’m not quite sure what it is, but Miley looks, well, cute!
I know I’ve been critical of her wardrobe choices in the past, and onjectively, this outfit is pretty “bad,” but I dunno, I like it.
I think it’s something to do with her facial expressions… she just feels more like the “old” Miley.
I mean, that outfit’s half transparent, so it’s clearly “new” Miley, but still.
Maybe it’s her new Short hair… it could subconsiously make me think of Selena.
I dunno. She looks sexy, so I’m just gonna go with it. xD
