Heck yeah! 😀
Wow. I’m so gonna have to buy this magazine. And like, frame the cover.
And because I can’t think clearly anymore, here’s an article from Fox News.
Ashley Tisdale may have gone under the knife to change her nose, but she keeps her body looking good the old fashioned way: working out and eating right.
“I’ve found I’m definitely eating better since I started working out more rigorously,” she tells Shape Magazine. “It kind of happened naturally. I don’t really crave junk food that often now.”
The 23-year-old “High School Musical” star shows off her curves on the January 2009 cover of Shape, where she also admits to her love of … oh no … carbs!
“I love carbs,” she admits. “Bread, corn bread, french fries–all that stuff.”
Ashley has said she was always naturally thin and wanted to build strength.
“I felt like someone could break me in half,” she told Shape, describing why she started training more seriously.
Not anymore. Personal trainer Christopher Hebert has the starlet pumped.
“She really enjoys cardio, especially running stairs with a medicine ball,” says Hebert.
Ouch.
So yeah, whatever she’s doing, I guess it works. Wow, again. 🙂
Ashley+bikini=HOT!
We’ve seen her in a bikini before, but there’s just something about this shot that sets it apart.
Love it!
so that’s why her nose looks so gross lately! (I’d say since Maddy cam back from Antartica.) she got a nose job!
BTW: did i guess the right time?
BTW: why on earth would she get a nose job?
I liked Ashley’s old nose. But she says she had trouble breathing because she had a deviated septum. So I’ll take her at her word that it was medical.
