Uhhh…no. In fact, theres too many goddamn places without moderation.

It’s not ‘anarchy’ of spammers and tons of pointless crap.
Just not “How dare you go off topic! *bans*” type rule enforcement either.
It has moderation, but the rules are less strict. It’s PG-13+, rather than PG, like the rest of the board.
