Miley Cyrus’s purse was allegedly stolen last week at her 18th birthday party. And there where some sexy pictures of Miley on her iPhone that have made their way online. Doesn’t she just have the most wonderful friends? LOL

As you can see, this supposed Miley nude pic does not show her face so there’s really no way to know if it’s real or not. However, some people with way too much time on their hands have been practicing their CSI skills and have put together a fairly compelling case.
You’ll want to click to enlarge that. 😉 The bottom line is that Miley did have that shirt, that phone, and that hotel room all at the same time.
UPDATE: However, some other fans have done some investigations and have fairly definitively proven that it was indeed an elaborate hoax. The girl in the photo is actually a 19-year-old girl from London who has a history of dressing and posing as a Miley-look-a-like. The most damming piece of evidence is the matching tan-lines from the supposed Miley pic and the picture of the look alike.

Of course, we’ve already heard that Miley likes to sext her boyfriend Liam so I’m sure there are some racy photos on her phone. Unfortunately, it looks like this particular nude photo isn’t one of them. But these other two very sexy leaked Miley pics from her walk in closet are very real.
Sure, the nude photo is the headline, but that skimpy little bathrobe has some serious sideboob and a whole lot of leg. (Plus bare feet for those of you that are into that.)

So what if Miley was nude? Don’t forget that Vanessa Hudgens had a full nude picture a while back. And, as I said about Vanessa, there’s nothing wrong with the human body. What I can’t figure out is why everyone waits until they’re 18 to be nude. Why is there such a boundary between 17 and 18? And, for that matter, who says nudity just has to be for adults (providing said nudity is non-sexual)? Nudists are generally nude at any age…from the youngest infants to 100+ year olds. And, they don’t raise eyebrows with that. Know why? Because it’s natural, normal, and healthy to be nude.
And yes, there are nudist websites that do show photos of nudists of all ages. I’d post a link, but I can 99.99% guarantee that someone will label it as “child pornography” and try to have me arrested for posting such a link. My point is that just because someone is naked, regardless of age, it does NOT automatically mean it’s sexual or degrading or whatever. So, like I said before, so what if Miley is nude?
In fact, photos that show girls in revealing attire and sexy swimwear is more sexual than all out nudity is. Why, you ask? Because those garments tease and hide certain parts of the body that are deemed “private” or “sexual” (neither of which is true to the real human body). If all body parts were treated the same way (i.e. breasts are no more sexual than elbows), we’d either have everyone in the nude or covered up from head to toe. We have shamed ourselves into thinking only certain body parts are more sexual than others. That is bulls**t! Nude is not lewd!

A lot of the newsy website I’ve found are claiming the photo is fake. I suppose the controversy will go on forever. I also read that the person who leaked the photos was the one who censored them, and is promising to release uncensored versions later. For now, I’m leaning toward the image being fake. I have a feeling when Miley reveals herself, it will include her face, because that’s what’s going to bring in the big bucks for her.

We’ve received hundreds of emails regarding real vs. fake on this photo, more than any other photos we’ve ever posted. While I’ve read all the anatomical arguments AGAINST, seen all the elaborate CSI break downs FOR, I’m prone to believe that this is likely not Miley Cyrus, but if it is a fake, it’s fairly elaborate so nobody should feel bad either way. It’s worth noting that the blogger who originally broke this story wide is now retracting his story.
