I wondered when this was coming, and thanks to my pal meiamj now I know.
According to this article from USA Today, Emily Osment’s Debut CD is set to drop March 9th 2009.

The only thing the article fails to mention, is who she’s signed with. I would assume Hollywood Records would have made an offer, but that doesn’t mean she’d necessarily take it.

She signed with Wind-up one of the biggest indie-rock record label. They have big names like Creed, Evanescence, Seether, Finger Eleven, 12 Stones and People in Planes.
