Don’t get me wrong, she looks good but she doesn’t need all that makeup to be pretty.
I don’t want to be critical, but it just sends the wrong message. She has plenty of time left to grow up, she doesn’t have to do it all at once.

This look, and her one from the RDMAs , are totally night and day. This one is from left field. She looks good, but its too much makeup.
She is naturally pretty, and doesn’t need all that make up. I have less issue with the outfit, but it is a little revealing for a 16 year old.

If i could do one thing, i’d drop the waistline of the skirt down to her actual hips to show her belly, then shorten the skirt. I know this was a formal event so that wouldnt be entirely apropriate, but it would still look REALLY sexy on Miss Scott’s lovely curves.

I like that she’s getting a bit more daring. Sure, you can’t see anything, but it’s a step in the right direction and I hope we see more of her (literally). We still have yet to see her in a bikini, even though she def has the body for it.
If I could change anything, I’d flatten out those curved eyebrows.
Louie, it’s good that she’s being more daring, but I still don’t really approve of her outfit here.

I’ve seen the other pic, but I’m not sure it’d qualify because she’s wearing shorts. Still, it’s better than nothing. =D
