  1. Love how she is evolving,, just happened to catch her on barney as I channel surfed, she was such a cute little girl, and even then one could see how talented she was, so serious in her part

  2. Bought tickets for her concert? Only $320 (diamond level VIP) for a meet and greet and a seat in the 10th row way over on the side. What a bargain! (sorry did I forget the sarcasm tag?)

  3. barefoot. nice! great show but the music isn’t what it used to be – she seems to be going on name only now.

  4. cdog, I can’t fault Selly’s team for pricing the M&Gs what they are worth. I’d rather she get the money than a scalper.

Louie, I rather like the song. One thing I was wondering, is she doing this new album just as “Selena Gomez” or “Selena Gomez and the Scene”?

  5. She broke up from The Scene last year Greg, where have you been? 😛

The album will be her first solo effort.

  6. She is no longer with “The Scene” anymore! Not that you would care Greg, since none of her band members had boobs! lol

  7. I knew the band dissolved last year when she wanted to focus on film… I just didn’t know if they had gotten back together of if Selly decided she would just keep all the money herself. xD

  8. Greg, wouldn’t complain if the “diamond level” actually included decent seats. Within 5 minutes of them going on sell, the best set Diamond level offered was 25 rows back from the stage and way over on the side. That’s a crap seat for $320. Two years ago I bought a gold VIP package, it was < $200 and included front row seats almost dead center on the stage. A seat like that might have been worth the $$$

  9. cdog I got a floor seat in the first 20 rows center section for $60 + fanclub + fees. I thought that was decent.

In general, I don’t pay for meet and greets although I have made a few exceptions to that rule over the years.

  10. I was checking the San Jose show, much closer to home. I originally looked for “best available” with the fan club presale and all it offered was a seat 25 rows up on one of the side section. I just checked the “diamond package” with meet and greet because I was curious. Maybe the San Jose show just sold out super quick. I only bought the gold package a couple of years ago because I was late buying tickets because we ended up going to a concert that was a four hour drive. Those seats were fantastic, so couldn’t complain. The meet and greet was just icing on the cake. Sounds like the concert down there is better run. The San Jose concert any floor seats were already $90 + ticket master fees, even the cheapest tickets in the side sections were close to $80 with all the fees they tacked on.

  11. I usually have pretty good luck with concerts. There are generally more local shows here than anywhere else which lessens demand, and I pay close enough attention that I can usually get tix as soon as they go on sale.

  12. Checked back today, and they changed the seating map, so the diamond level package may be front row, because even at row 20+ there’s a long s shaped runway going into the floor seats. The even have premium seats in side the s for $500 bucks. Plus the renumber the sections so the section that looked like it was on the side is actually dead center. There’s still tickets for sale in the area around the runway, so most not be selling that fast after all. Still much more pricey than the Staples Center show (guessing that’s the one you’re going to.
