Ordinarily I would dislike when actresses awkwardly flirt with their sexuality with clothing choice, but not at the KCAs where I prefer colorful, weird, and a bit off.
The think the skirt should’ve been a bit tighter for it to show off her curves, otherwise it just poofs up because the material isn’t heavy enough to be form-fitting. I do love her hair when it’s straight like that. I think she was her prettiest when she was doing On Deck.
When I saw these photos my first thought was that Jessica Rabbit (Roger’s wife) had changed from red to yellow dresses.
My girl Debby was looking absolutely gorgious at the KCA’s. Nickelodeon should be happy she showed up since they snubbed her and her awesome show “Jessie”.

Love the dress, the hair, and her. Basically, Debby looks great, and can do no wrong in my book on the red, or in this case, purple carpet.
