Disney XD’s Kelli Berglund was looking amazing at this Do Something Awards Pre-Party. O.o
I’m not 100% on her wearing her hair up like that…
… but that is quite the outfit.
And the crowd seems to agree.
Now we just need to get her to more events. Not sure how we do that though. xD

I agree about the hair, but she looks great in that dress.
she does look great, and I especially love the bare shoulders, but it would look so much nicer with a different look. When girls do this it looks like they’ve stretched their faces back.
