As I had mention in my post yesterday, Tiffany Thornton hosted a special concert at the Roxy in LA on April 22nd 2012.
It was a fantastic event overall, although I have to say that the turn out was disapointing as you can see from the crowd in front of the Roxy aprox. 30 minutes before showtime.
Tiffany herself performed three songs, “Man Up,” “I Am Me Because of You,” and “Sure Feels Like Love” (Watch the videos Here).
There was a meet and greet with Tiffany and some of the other performers at the begining of the show, but due to timing issues photos were not allowed durring the meet and greet. However, Tiff did sign one of her new “Beloved” shirts for me.
I caught up with her at the end of the show to ask her about the new tattoo on her wrist. It’s her husband’s name, and he has her name and face on his arm! As I thanked her and turned to leave she said to me “Hey, you’re not leaving without taking a picture with me.” to which I managed to stammer a “oh, sure.” Unfortunately, the girl working my camera didn’t quite know what she was doing and she caught me just as I was about to say something. Oh well.
Also in attendance were several of her So Random castmates: Matthew Scott Montgomery, Audrey Whitby, and Allisyn Ashley Arm.
Allisyn and Audrey were quite the popular pair, with several Disney/Teen fansites asking for photos and interviews.
I’ve saw Allisyn and Matthew last year at the D23 Expo but it was cool to finally meet Audrey and get a pic with both girls.
Another unexpected guest was Cassie Scerbo from ABC Family’s Make It or Break It whom is aparently very good friends with Tiffany.
This was my first time seeing Savvy & Mandy perform.
I was quite impressed. And Savvy is pretty cute too.
Savannah Outen is also very pretty. Especially in that dress.
I hadn’t heard her before, and I was quite impressed.
And I’ve never watched Twilight, so I didn’t really know who Booboo Stewart was, but the band 5-L was pretty good, and his sister Fivel has some serious dance moves. (Did you watch the videos?)
There are a lot more of my photos (50+) from the show in the image gallery. Be sure to click on any photo above to see the full set.
Tiffany Thornton hosted a special benifit show at the Roxy in Los Angeles on April 22nd to raise awareness about Meningitis. She had contracted Meningitis when she was 19 and spent 10 days in the hospital. You can find out more about about Meningitis and the Meningitis vaccine at Voices of Meningitis.
Tiffany performed an acoustic set of three songs, including two never before heard songs…
Also performing were Trevor Jackson (from the upcoming DCOM Let It Shine), Sister act Savvy and Mandy:
Boy band, Pop! Fiction:
YouTube star, Savannah Outen:
And 5-L (featuring Booboo Stewart from Twilight and his sister Fivel).

Now why do I mention this now? Well you see, the filming of the pilot episode was last night in LA, and I was there.
The other two girls Christine Woods and Nicky Whelan are also both really pretty and they really reminded me of Demi & Tiffany / Sonny & Tawni. The show itself was very well done and I would really like to see this show picked up for a full season… or five. xD
Well… as the world’s biggest Kim Possible fan (and that’s not like the Selena’s my wife thing, I really mean that) this really bothers me. Although the fact that it’s going to be replaced with Phineas & Ferb does soften the blow a little. A little.
To the delight of kids and probably some parents planning a vacation to the Disney World resort in Orlando, Fla., the recent announcement on the official Disney blog that old “Kim Possible” interactive game at Epcot will be replaced with Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure adds one more thing on the to-do list. As the Orlando Sentinel reports, visitors will become secret agents to help the “Phineas & Ferb” character defeat his archenemy Dr. Doofenshmirtz. Families with kids that adore the series will probably enjoy an afternoon helping the platypus out.
Why the change?
As InsidetheMagic.net reports, the change was pretty much necessitated by the fact “Kim Possible” had not been on the air for a while. For Disney, capitalizing on the popularity of a current show like “Phineas & Ferb” is a great way to get kids excited to explore World Showcase, which can be a chore for any parent.
Where do you sign up to play?
While specifics have not really been laid down yet, if the current game is replaced with the new one the Disney website states Innoventions, the Odyssey Bridge, the entrance to World Showcase and several other kiosks were equipped for Kim Possible, which means they could be easily converted for Agent P.
How much does the game cost to play?
The Disney website indicates the game is included with park admission; however, players should be prepared to leave credit card information for the secret agent device that players are issued to experience the interactive elements of the game.
Is the game for everyone?
As anyone who has played the “Kim Possible” game through can probably attest, visitors looking to buzz through World Showcase should probably avoid the game as some exploration and backtracking is usually required. But players can move at their leisure and play the game at their own pace, which makes it great for younger players. So while not for everyone, the game can provide a nice experience for helping kids look forward to World Showcase a little bit more.
Are there any other interactive games available at Disney World?
The new Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom interactive game was unveiled earlier this year at the Magic Kingdom theme park, as reported by ARGN.com. In that game, which is also included with park admission, players are issued collectible trading cards with spells that aid in the quest to keep the Magic Kingdom safe from a host of Disney villains.

All the would-be secret agents out there will find a great new interactive experience at Epcot this year.
Coming this summer, Disney Phineas & Ferb: Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure is based on the wily secret-agent alter-ego of Perry the Platypus – faithful pet to the title characters from Disney’s animated series “Phineas & Ferb.” Although just a simple pet to Phineas and Ferb, Perry turns into Agent P in each episode to help stop the misguided plans of his nemesis, Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
Epcot guests will transform into secret agents to help Agent P thwart some of Dr. Doofenshmirtz’s most daring plots. Agents will use a “high-tech secret agent device” to receive clues for each case. Solving the clues will take agents to different places throughout seven World Showcase countries at Epcot – Mexico Pavilion, France Pavilion, Germany Pavilion, Norway Pavilion, Japan Pavilion, China Pavilion and the United Kingdom Pavilion. Agents will scour each country for clues, evil “Inators,” and – with a little bit of luck – help Agent P defeat Dr. Doofenshmirtz.
Everyone ready to don their fedoras and help Agent P? I can’t wait!
Disney Phineas & Ferb: Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure will arrive at Epcot and the current Disney Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure will close in summer.
Attention please: DC Fans, Nickelodeon Girls, and SWAC Forum will be unavailable Saturday, February 25, 2012 from approximately 7AM until 7PM Eastern Time.
Our host company will be experiencing a power loss in the building that houses the servers. This is a one time interruption while the power supply to the building is upgraded. With any luck, the site will be back up sooner… but we’ll see how it goes.
As a valued customer, we are committed to keeping you informed about any changes in the status of your service with us. This email is to alert you regarding maintenance we will be performing on our facility. The building has informed us that “Oak Tower is scheduled to have a power outage for switch gear maintenance Saturday, February 25, 2012, from 6am to 6pm. During this time the main gear will be load tested and cleaned, the building will have no power.”. We have decided to use this time to do maintenance to our network and power equipment as well. I have been informed after discussions with the building that the maintenance may be completed before the end of the maintenance window in which case service will be restored at that time. I understand this is a inconvenience and have been assured this is a one time necessary maintenance procedure and once done will increase the reliability of the building power.
I also just realized if I post the news here, you won’t actually be able to see it when the site is down. xD So, um, if you do see this, please tell everyone else what’s going on. Thanks!
So… I believe I had promised some more pics of my Girl Selena at her concert Friday night.
I hadn’t seen any pics of her new hair colors before the event so that caught me a bit off balance at first, but I liked it. She’s always cute.
And that shirt? Very cute on her. (Cuter on the floor of my- well you know.)
But that full length skirt? She looks cute but damn it, I wanted some leg! LOL
I get that she spent of of the concert sitting, but still.
Eh, no matter. By the end I decided she had never looked more beautiful.
And I must admit, James’s puppy Fox was pretty cute. Selena holding him didn’t hurt any. xD
I didn’t mention this before, but three of those BTR boys kissed Selena on the cheek before they left the stage. Bastards. LOL
Still… they’re better than Bieber I guess. Who was there apparently, although he stayed backstage (thank God).
Speaking of Bieber, here’s my favorite twitter conversation of the night. While I was outside in line…
@anitrain: Just caught a glimplse of @selenagomez hugging some lucky VIPs through a well placed glass door.
@Slicknickshady: @anitrain Beiber can’t be too pleased. haha.
@anitrain: @Slicknickshady … They were little girls. Omg, just like Beiber! xD
@Slicknickshady: @anitrain Bazinga!
… how awesome was that? My best zing of the night. #AnotherLameJustinIsAGirlJoke xD
Anyway, I think that pretty much covers it. Click the first few pictures for the press photos gallery or the stage pics to see my personal pictures from the show. And just in case you missed my last post, you can find the Selena Concert Videos here.
Yesterday (01/20/12) evening my future wife Selena Gomez put on her second UNICEF Acoustic Charity Concert at the House of Blues Sunset Strip.
And like Ashley, you know I just had to be there. I still have to sort through the still photos, but in the meantime, here are my videos from the show!

Words cannot describe how much I love this girl. <3
So yesterday I went to Demi Lovato’s Seventeen Magazine signing at the Barnes and Noble store at The Americana at Brand in Glendale, CA.
As I’ve said before with Hilary and Ashley’s events, Barnes and Noble signings are always very well organized. I got there about 10 minutes before the store opened at 9AM to get one of the first signing wristbands.
I ended up being 12th in line and I got some really nice pics of Demi as she was posing for the press (and their blinding flashes).
This next one is probably the best photo of her that I have ever taken.
Selena is, of course, still my favorite but I am always amazed by just how beautiful Demi is. Especially up close and in person. The first time I met her I couldn’t even speak. And this second time around, I didn’t do much better. xD
When I handed her my magazine so she could sign it, she said “Nice to meet you” and I stammered out a reply like “Actually I met you once before at a Sonny taping. The second to last episode in fact. You were-” and at that point the lady behind her gave me a look that was like “get going, the next person is up” and I finished with a “bye.”
So yeah… that could have gone better. But I would get a second chance. A buddy of mine was a bit further back in line with a few extra wristbands. So I went through again to help him get one of his extra mags signed. Cheating? Perhaps. But I didn’t break any actual rules. So I go through again with my friends this time and when I get up to Demi I tried to finish what I was saying earlier: “So yeah, I love you a lot. Thanks. Bye.” And at that point, after seeing that her assistant recognized me, I decided to promptly make my exit before they threw me out. xD
Oh, and here’s a video of her thanking the fans for coming out.
All in all, I think the whole thing went quite well. I love Demi’s red hair, and even the new nose stud looked kinda pretty on her- and I normally hate piercings. And everyone, please be sure to go buy Demi’s issue of Seventeen Magazine. It’s only $3, and trust me it’s worth it!
As always, be sure to click any picture for the full gallery. All 42 are my original pictures so please credit dcfans.tv if re-posting elsewhere.
Earlier today I had the great privilege of seeing miss Demi Lovato at her Seventeen Magazine signing at the Barnes and Noble store at The Americana at Brand in Glendale, CA. I was the 12th person in line. =D
Look for a more comprehensive post on the event on Thursday. But here’s a look at the event guidelines in the meantime (image courtesy of alexirob).
