Disney Channel Fans

Never one to miss an opportunity to see my girl Selena Gomez in person, yesterday I attended KIIS FM’s 2010 Jingle Ball yesterday (12/05/10) at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, California.

Selena was the second act and for some reason she actually wore pants instead of a pretty dress like usual. They where split up the side, but she still wasn’t showing that much leg. Her top was nicely low cut, though.

Miss Gomez sang a four song set consisting of her hits Round and Round, Rock God, A Year Without Rain, and Naturally. Before singing “Rock God” she made sure to thank Katy Perry for giving her the song.

Her Wizards co-stars David Henrie and Jake T Austin also came out to support her.

As you can see, by sure dumb luck I ended up being only a few rows away from where the interviewed some of the surprise guests. This came in handy when they brought out Lacey Schwimmer & Kyle Massey two acts later. I’ve liked Lacey ever since Mean Girls so it was very cool to finally get to see her in person! Kyle was cool too, I guess.

But the surprise guests got even better when they announced that “The star of Victorious is in the house!” I was sitting updating my twitter at the time, but I bolted right up at the announcement that the unbelievably hot Victoria Justice was mere feet away from me! It’s a shame none of her costars where with her, but I did already meet Ariana so it’s okay, I guess.

The last highlight, of course, would have to be Katy Perry’s spectacular performance. She was a Snowman Snowwoman.

She got the single longest set of the evening, an entire six songs! Here’s my favorite:

All in all, it was a very interesting night. There was even this one guy that Enrique Iglesias pulled up on stage with him that was so much fun that Ryan Seacrest had to pull him back up on stage to talk with afterward. I wish I could have videoed it but my camera was dying.
