Happy 18th Birthday Miley!
That’s right guys, the day has finally come, Miley Cyrus is legal!
She celebrated her 18th birthday with a party at Trousdale in LA this past weekend with a skimpy top and a flaming cake. 
Tish Cyrus, Miley Cyrus, Demi Moore and Rumer Willis.
Ya know… her mom really is in very good shape. I never really looked at Tish before.

Well, it’s just that we’ve known her since she was like 13. But Selena’s been 18 for months and we didn’t meet her until she was like 15. So there was a longer wait for Milez.
