The end of Hannah Montana looms with the series finale date and time finally announced, Sunday November 7th at 7:30pm.
It wasn’t that long ago that we discussed the season three finale; the original planned ending for the show. The fourth season was designed to more thoroughly conclude the existing story lines and it did that, to a point. The fourth season finale in many ways seems like a rehash of the HM Movie’s plot and only time will tell if this attempt will do the series justice.
The official Disney Press Release follows:
JAY LENO AND DR. PHIL GUEST STAR IN “HANNAH MONTANA FOREVER,” SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 7 ON DISNEY CHANNEL
Jay Leno and Dr. Phil McGraw guest star as themselves when international superstar Hannah Montana contemplates removing her blonde wig and telling the world she’s really Miley Stewart, in a one hour episode of “Hannah Montana Forever” premiering SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 7 (7:30-8:30 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel. It will be available first as part of an episode compilation DVD, “Hannah Montana: Who is Hannah Montana?,” releasing NOVEMBER 2 from Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment.
In the episode titled “I’ll Always Remember You,” Miley is in the midst of the college admissions process and her boyfriend, Jesse, is growing tired of pretending to date Hannah. Increasingly challenged by her complicated double life, Miley gets ready to remove the blonde wig and reveal Hannah’s true identity — on “The Tonight Show Starring Jay Leno” — and even Dr. Phil has something to say about the matter.
“Hannah Montana” reaches over 266 million unduplicated viewers worldwide, in over 150 countries, in 30 different languages. Year to-date, “Hannah Montana” is the #1 TV series among Kids 6-11 and Tweens 9-14. Its fourth season is pacing at record levels in Total Viewers (5.4 million), Kids 6-11 (2.0 million) and Tweens 9-14 (2.0 million).
Starring are Miley Cyrus as Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana, Emily Osment as Lilly Truscott, Jason Earles as Jackson Stewart, Billy Ray Cyrus as Robby Stewart and Moises Arias as Rico.
The series was created by Michael Poryes and Rich Correll and Barry O’Brien. The executive producers are Steven Peterman and Michael Poryes. “Hannah Montana” is a production of It’s a Laugh Productions, Inc.

Pretty sure this isn’t the finale as there were supposed to be 11 episodes plus the finale and this one brings the total to 9 HMF that have been televised.
The only other explanation is that they want the series wrapped up before Miley turns 18 on November 23 in case she does something completely outrageous when she hits “adulthood.”

I admit I didn’t do the math on this one, but it sure seems like the finale. I’ll have to look into it now.
I can just repeat what I’ve already said: There are 15 episodes of HMF. Disney Channel Germany announced that with the first episode. The finale airs in March.
So what are the chances for Hannah being involved in a serious car accident while being chased by paparazzi and being reported dead by the press? Miley actually survives and lives out the rest of her life out of the shadow of her other self.
I’ve really been meaning to ask this for a long time, but why is it that everybody knows that Robby Ray Stewart is (including Rico since he asked him to teach him line dancing), and Robby Ray has publicly acknowledged that Hannah is his daughter when presenting her with the crossover award in season 2, but the people of Crawley Corners are the only ones to make the connection between Hannah and Miley, and that’s only after Miley removes her wig onstage? I’m willing to suspend my disbelief, but they make it so difficult at times.
And don’t even get me started on the fact that HM takes place in the DisChannel universe where President Martinez has been elected, but President Obama currently serves. In that same world, both Mikayla and Alex Russo exist, so I guess anything is possible.
And whatever did happen to Roxy?
So what does the increasingly sluttier Miley do when she turns 18? How about “Hannah Does Montana”? Sounds like a plan to me!
shows are already filmed.
they are gonna run the new ep through 2011.
Matthias, are you sure it’s 15? I thought it was 13 (not sure if that was counting the finale as one or two).
I need more info. *plans a break in* 😛
Check Jason Earles new videos on YouTube. In Part 3 he stated 15. And yes I’m sure and I was before I found out in this video.
Matthias, link me please?
You don’t trust me? Oo

i knew for a fact it was 2011 that the last eps air.
I have a feeling that she is gonna tell the world she is really miley before the series is over. So the ending won’t be just her telling her secret and that’s it. So it’s more of an actual closing of the show instead of a simple, hey I’m Miley. And that’s it
Thanks Matthias. I just wanted to check out his channel. I didn’t know he had one.
Despite a number of rumors going around across the internet right now, Sunday night’s one-hour “Hannah Montana Forever” is not the swan song for the series. The episode is entitled “I’ll Always Remember You,” and it does focus on Miley Cyrus’ character making a very big decision about her double life.
Sometimes, the proof is in the pudding — and in this case it’s a tweet from series star Jason Earies (who plays Jackson):
“Hey Y’all! Just wanted to clear something up. This one hour episode of Hannah is NOT the finale. There are still like 5 episodes left. The Hannah Montana Finale won’t air until early next year. So it’s not time to say goodbye yet ”
So don’t start eulogizing this hit disney series just yet — there’s more “Hannah” to come in the near future.
Do you happen to know if Rico will be in Hanna Montana Forever episode 10? There are 12 episodes in this season correct?
That doosh hannah/miley sucks! more then a cat screaming for food i have no idea how she is in disney but yay!!
NOW SHE IS DEAD TO ME!
NOW THAT I GOT HER UGLY FACE OUT OF MY DISNEY WATCHIN LIFE I AM SO PROUD NOW! 😀
