My Emily Osment Concert in Anaheim (Part 2)
As I said in part one, I saw Emily Osment with opening act Allstar Weekend at the House of Blues in Anaheim on Sunday March 25th 2010.
I don’t follow Allstar Weekend, but I did find it funny that they decided to covers Justin Bieber’s single “Baby.”
Emily preformed a total of 12 songs in a 50 minute set. Those songs where,
You Are The Only One
(I didn’t use my camera’s zoom on this first video, but I did on the rest below)
The Cycle
Found Out About You
One Of Those Days
What About Me
Fight or Flight
Average Girl
High and Dry
Truth or Dare
I Hate The Homecoming Queen
1 800 Clap Your Hands
All The Way Up
I’m still struck by just how amazing she was. <3
Before I end this post, I wanted to share one more photo from the show. This pic was taken by the professional tour photographer that you can see running around in some of my videos.

wonder why there hasn’t been an offical live concert cd or dvd yet?

Oh I Ems’ shows should be made into a concert. And in fact just last week Mitchel Musso and KSM’s concert from NY was released on iTunes in the movie format. Where you just watch the 50mins through and it’s all their songs in full set, it’s very cool and something alot of artists can and probably should do. iTunes is an easy platform to make money and with taking 70% of all sales w/o any hassle it’s simple for agencies. I would def buy Ems set off from iTunes if available. But in the meantime I really am appreciated of these YT vids. Once again this shows her amasing ability to perform, sing with such true and real lyrics. She might not have the strongest and most powerful voice but she doesn’t need that cause her lyrics are more than enough to make up. Now Ems can sing but IMO she’s no Demi Lovato or Carrie Underwood, vocally but it’s ok.
I fully support Emily and her decision to attend college because her acting and now music ability is still enough to land her work even after years in school; that’s a great gift she has I think.
Also I kinda wanna think to compare her with Kay Panabaker who attend school and then or now after she is still landing acting roles but Kay was even more smart by attending UCLA so she could work and attend classes which she did. And schools like USC or UCLA in the LA area are fine colleges to attend and are still really close to Hollywood area.

Hope you had fun

J, paragraphs! No one will read your comment otherwise. LOL

No, I read J’s single paragraph.
I wouldn’t download a whole concert, much preferring to have the song in studio quality on my iPhone. I never cared much for concert recordings, they sound a lot different from the same songs in the studio that I know and love.
As for Emily, yeah she’s cute & legal, but she might not make it into the big world. She has a hard career in front of her, and I mean look, Tizz tried the big world and failed, and Tizz is 10 times as good as emily (i’m not offending anyone here).
But I think ill go to the next emily Osment concert, and if greg would be nice enough to give me the date of an HM filming, I might go.

Like Dcfan, I hope they release concerts on dvds more. Like Miley’s Best of both worlds.
I would’ve wanted to see Miley’s Wonder world tour, and live performances of Selena and Emily would be great too.
And Like Nevermind, I prefer studio quality over live aswell, as an MP3.
But I would still watch a live performance of Miley, Selena, and Emily just to see them.

Well I’m typing from iPod and it’s not the greatest as a full keyboard. Which would mean I should invest in a Bluetooth keyboard
Any suggestions? lol
I would sure watch Ems ids on iPod

NM, you’re not getting into a HM filming. It’s like, impossible, to get in. Plus there’s only a couple more.
I have mixed thoughts on Concert DVDs. They’re nothing like the real show. Although I will say that Miley’s 3D concert movie was pretty well done.

I did watch the Miley movie and liked it and I also watched the Jonas movie too, both in theaters. I’m just saying that for those who can not see the concert live then a movie is the next best and I would, will watch.
Speaking of watching how was the Jonas movie G?

I saw this interview of Miley and Emily on the Tyra Banks’s show. It was cute how they dressed alike, there was even a point where they were moving there heads at the same time.
There adorable, I just hope they’d make out on that interview, then that would’ve been the best interview ever.

J, why did you go see the JoBros movie?
Richard, LOL.
May 9th, 2010 at 11:26 pm
I had to take kids there to see. They’re Jonas fans. Just like how we all went to see the HM movie and years before that we actually saw her concert twice and the HSM one too; both at the Mark too
But trust me you’ll like to watch the JoBros sing and wake in hotel for breakfast while girls gather beneath window.

Okay, I guess that’s a valid excuse.

They luved it along with all the rest of the girls there, both movies that goes for. Which I recall each time was full that opening week. So the tease of out one week must’ve worked as I heard all the times were full. And just realised now that the boys were in both movies, I how weird is that?
