Wizards Season Three Wraps Production
Well, it looks like Wizards season three is finished or at least winding down.
@AlexKade13 was on the set yesterday for an exclusive filming set up for her by Creator Todd Greenwald himself. She says of the episode they shot: “Todd specifically told us not to say anything about the ep since it’s the season finale, in particular.”
Then today, Selena tweeted this picture of their “last table read of season 3…. 
”
But, if they filmed the episode yesterday, why the table read today? That seems backward. Maybe she meant to say it was yesterday? Either that or there’s one more episode after the one Alex saw yesterday.
Anyway, we’re pretty sure that the show has been renewed for a fourth season. Todd just tweeted this picture:
With the caption: “Relax everybody. Now you can go back to not doing your homework. 
”
Selena added: “P.s. Wizards is not over. We’ll be back 
”
Which I guess is as close to a confirmation of a renewal as we’re likely to get.
For this reason, we will be suspending the Save Wizards campaign until further notice. And if something changes, we’ll be ready and waiting.

what i suggest we do is lobby for the seasons of WOWP to be put out on DVD. like Hanah Montana. not just a couple episodes. but whole seasons. i’d buy those.

Nope, from what I’ve hard, Season 4 will either NOT happen, or will happen without alex. Selena turns 18 this year, and disney dont like to keep legal girls, unless they’re just raking the millions (like miley cyrus). Also Selena has Ramona and Beezus, and then she has What Boys Want. I think it’s movies for her.
But like i’ve said before, it wont be long before no one but us remembers her.

look, its just my sources, but its safe to say wowp wont have a S4. and a year, maybe two tops after selena leaves disney, shell be a minor star at best.

no one listen to never mind he doe’s not know anything & selena only has one movie to film the other one was filmed earlyer this year & selena can handle doing the show & filming movies too so listen to greg there will most likely be a 4th season & my sources show there will be a 4th season so never mind is nothing but a stupid liar & a big jerk

I obviously accept Greg’s info as above mine, but i’m not sure as to a S4. Selena will be turning 18 this year, and, as far as I know, only 3 disney girls went beyond 18:
Ashley Tisdale (she was a hit, kinda like miley).
Vanessa Hudgens (now she’s dumped by disney too)
Chelsea Staub (No idea why)
So chris, you gotta face it, its nearly inevitable that selena leaves. Contracts are expensive, and once she turns 18, US laws say she cant be legally held to contracts negotiated when she was a minor. I’d love to see her back as much as you, if not more, but its probabbly not gonna happen.
And, although I hope Selena will get more good roles after What Boys Want, I’m just not so sure anymore.
Only 2 disney stars have made it to the big world of Hollywood after quitting Disney: Ashley Tisdale and Hayden Panettierre. I’m just not convinced selena will follow.

chelsea is 21 & tiffany is 23 & nicole anderson is 18 disney doe’s not care how old they are cause disney is geting richer thanks to these girls & i got better sources then ur’s in vegas plus i got one peice of evidence for you disney showed a commercial to win a trip to see a wizards of waverly place filming the commercial aired 3 days ago & FYI wizards season 3 is completely filmed so the wowp filming that you could go see would have to be season 4 so there is one of my source & that source is Disney them selfs so my sources are better & got alot more sources to so ha you creep & quit trashing GLC & debby ryan I seen ur comments & u r pissing me off jerk

I’m pissing you off? Too bad. I dont like the way debby dresses and i dont like the storyline behind GLC, pretty much the same as you dont like my sources. And i’m sorry, but wikipedia dosent count as a source, remember, anyone can edit it. If greg says S4 is confirmed,i trust hin above my sources. If you can show me that commercial, i’ll even fire one of my main people for misinforming me, and reassuring me wowp will end.
FYI: Chelsea and tiff arent really good examples, and they only stayed because they accepted the rather unexpensive contracts they had.
On the brighter side, i’m pretty sure Miley will make it into the big world. Heck, she might be our next keira Knightley (without the flat chest)

BTW, guys, Disney isn’t just about putting pretty, young girls on shows to satisfy you guys. There are also guys who, of all things, also turn 18, or even are as old as 32, such as Jason Earles.

I can’t say for sure what’s going on with Wizards. I can’t get a straight answer from any of my sources. But the Disney contest is the strongest evidence we have that S4 will happen.
Selena wants to make a fourth season. And as long as Disney doesn’t low ball her, I think it’ll happen.
And BTW, Bridgit Mendler will turn 18 this December, just after starting filming on GLC season two.

im not saying the girls dont stay over 18, they just get better contracts elsewere, and most giels, like hayen, jump at the opportunity.
My frien, who happens to know E.D.Seaton told me wowp s4 is on the drawing board just today. That means its probly gonna happen.

actually, she has 2 choices ahead of her:
Or she could work for disney past 18 for a comparatively low wage and slowly diminish.
Or else she could test her luck in the big world of acting, like tizz did.

I love Tizz, but what did she do? Her second album flopped and she didn’t even do a proper concert tour.
She made it to the big screen in Aliens in the Attic, but she wasn’t the star. She wasn’t even the costar. She was the star’s clueless sister that had maybe 15 minutes of screentime.
And now she’s going back to TV, which in my opinion is a good move. TV builds and maintains a fanbase much better than movies do.
Disney won’t pay Selena what she could make doing this film or that film, but it’s because she’s on the show that she gets those big offers! Once the show ends, her fans will be off to whomever’s in the next show.

Tizz tried her luck out there. She didnt do very good, neither did vanessa hudgens. But Tizz was better off than she was 3 years ago with tslozac.
Hayden Panettierre made it, but she didnt go far either. though disney dont give comparatively good salaries, it’s safer to stay with them than end up like countless others whose name we dont even remember now.
Back to Selena. If she stays with dissney, she’ll continue to star in a sitcom or two, and then she’ll end up temporarily vacant (like chelsea staub was before JONAS), or a supporyt role in a pointless sitcom (like chelsea staub)

Selena can and had been doing other projects while working on Wizards. And I think that’s what she could continue doing for as long as possible. Once Wizards ends, she can probably manage a couple more movies before the offers start to dry up. And then, well, it’s up to her to decide where she goes from there.
