Wizards v. Werewolves
It looks like Alex’s new English boyfriend is a werewolf. It kinda serves her right for making fun of Justin’s werewolf girlfriend. Also, it sounds like Juliet (Bridgit Mendler) will be back in this two-part special!

A climactic, adventure-filled one-hour episode of the Emmy Award-winning comedy series “Wizards of Waverly Place” will premiere FRIDAY, JANUARY 22 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET/PT) on Disney Channel. Guest stars Bridgit Mendler (“Good Luck Charlie”) and Gregg Sulkin (Disney Channel UK’s “As The Bell Rings”) reprise their roles as Justin’s vampire girlfriend Juliet Van Heusen (who’s recently disappeared after being turned into a mummy’s minion) and Alex’s new boyfriend, Mason, in a top-secret storyline entitled “Wizards vs. Werewolves” that’s bound to be the talk among the kid and tween set.
DisneyChannel.com will present a “creature creator” application that invites users to upload and morph their own photo into the assorted otherworldly characters seen in the episode — a wizard, vampire, werewolf or mummy — and share this Creature Creator activity with friends. The application is currently available on DisneyChannel.com/Wizards.
“Wizards vs. Werewolves” will be available for a special preview beginning January 15 on Disney Channel on Demand through a variety of affiliates, including Cablevision, RCN, Time Warner Cable and Verizon FiOS. The episode will also be available on DisneyChannel.com immediately following its network premiere on January 22, and beginning January 23 will be available on Disney Channel Mobile on Demand, iTunes and Xbox Live.

I have Charter cable. Is there a difference between Disney Channel and Disney on Demand? I used to get Disney XD, but now it’s only offered here on Charter Digital. I need to switch to digital. I also have Charter internet. I download at 13 Mbs.

Yeah, Disney on Demand isn’t a channel. It’s a video on demand service.

The on demand video is really cool. Alot of cable channels take advantage of this including Nickelodeon.
