Meaghan’s “10 Things” Kiss
Is anyone else watching 10 Things I Hate About you on ABC Family? Meaghan Martin (Camp Rock) stars as the younger sister Bianca Stratford.
And I’m amazed at everything they can get away with! Disney bought ABC Family (originally Fox Family) several years ago. They’re still working on finding their audience but I never expected Meaghan to have a Disney-approved lesbian kiss! Especially considering that they just started filming for Camp Rock 2!

And in case I wasn’t clear, it really is a good series. I was just a bit surprised at how far they took it!

You know I watch and this series just keeps getting better. The cast including Meaghan is really fun. Despite this not being on DC Family is owned by Disney and still kind of good dhow is allowed; praise to Disney.

Yeah I’m shocked too G but in this time being gay and showing pride is ok so females kissing slides in but when tongue is involved it usually indicates passion so a tongue kiss would be a no no.

That’s an honest answer so the truth is always ok and that show on the N I’m tellin ya about was on TV and had lots of kissing and bed adventures with making out so this little kiss is nothing to me. I’m sayin check out this series on iTunes, watch the clip for the episode the Morning After it is of them waking up after spending the night together. Oh this series has won awards.

I gotta say this when I visit downtown Madison, there are many people who take to this ‘progressive’ nature and are not shy to display PDA, weather their same sex or not. Plus the University must be more welcoming to all kinds of individuals. I would bet other large city areas up here are the same but I haven’t been much recently to compare, i.e. Chicago and Milwaukee.

just started watching this show to see more of meaghan. I didnt fing the kiss wierd at all, i mean sex, gays and other adult themes were in the show since episode one:

It may not be Disney, but the network is ABC-Family. Geez, I would think a lesbian kiss on a network with “Family” in its name should be thought of as a little bit weird.

Family is owned by Disney group but is a separate network so this series will not air on DC because it’s target is older teens and not tweens. As for the ‘kiss’ that is becoming more acceptable now-a-days although some may not agree with it I feel it was appropriate for the Family network. Heck a Viacom owned channel Teennick/The N aired a series with lots of girl kissing so this one time is no big deal, IMO.
