I have to listen to a CD all the way through over a couple weeks before I feel I can write a fair review, so that’s why I’m posting this review of Don’t Forget now.
1. La La Land – This song is a very good start to the album, and has a nice “This is me, deal with it” sort of theme. 8/10
2. Get Back – The first single, and in my opinion, her best song. It has a good rockish feel. But it still bothers me that they made her change “kiss” to “hold” for the Radio Disney version. 10/10
3. Trainwreck – I don’t really like this one. I think it’s mostly the beat & pacing. It’ not terrible, but I usually hit skip on this one. 3/10
4. Party – This song is really fluff, but it’s a fun fluff dressed in some sleek black. If that makes any sense. LOL It was a good song at the concert. 7/10
5. On the Line – It’s a good song. And Demi has some very nice vocals in this one, but I don’t like the JoBros, so I can’t really get into it. 5/10
6. Don’t Forget – A quiet song, except for one part. But it really is very beautiful. “Get Back” is more fun, but this is her second best song. 9/10
7. Gonna Get Caught – A good song. But not one that I really relate to, so it’s probably lost on me. 7/10
8 Two Worlds Collide – A great “epic” sort of song. It really impressed me at the concert, and it’s still a good one. 8/10
9. The Middle – One of two songs that she didn’t do at the concert. It has a sort of old-school-disney-pop feel to it. And I personally, like that. 7/10
10. Until You’re Mine – Again, a song that starts off soft and gradually builds. It’s a lovely song, but I usually tune out in the middle. I’m not quite sure why. 6/10
11. Believe In Me – The last song comes full circle, bringing us back to the sort of “I am me” theme that we started the CD with. The most interesting line being “Everyone’s perfect in unusual ways.” I think this song could have been… stronger, but it’s still a nice finish. 8/10
And while I’m at it, here’s an interesting photo I had come across of Demi with the The Veronicas

I’m diggin’ the cat ears.
