“Princess Protection Program” is is Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato’s new movie coming later this year. We gave a plot synopsis earlier in the month, and now have some photos from the filming to share!
I love this photo of Selena and Demi out and about.
Demi, of course, is wearing big blacked out sunglasses presumably to ensure that fans don’t recognize her. And what better way to stay inconspicuous than to lock arms with another DC star that isn’t hiding at all!
Not that I’m knocking Demi. I don’t know for sure that she was trying to avoid detection, but if she was, then she didn’t think that plan through.
Just a reminder that Miley’s Best of Both Worlds Concert is airing on DC tomorrow at 8PM (E/P) with a encore repeat at 9:30pm. You’ll need a pair of the “red-blue” 3D glasses (not the polarized clear lens kind if you went to see it in theaters) for the 3D effects.
They’re also going to re-air the show in a regular 2D version on Sunday.

Selena WAS there! Along with her mom and cousin Brandon
And even crazier, they actually parked across the street where I’ve parked before! It’s hard to tell for sure, but it looks like she just waited for most of the crowd to exit and then just left out the front door. Had I known, I would have hung around. Oh well.
This is likely my last post about Demi’s concert last week.
I’ve finished screencapping the videos I took at the concert. By that process I created more than 3000 images. However, most of these where badly blurred, and others quite repetitive. I went through the mass of images and hand picked 200 to share with all of you. These images have been added to the gallery I mentioned in “Demi Lovato Concert in LA (Part 2).”
I’m not sure how well known PicLens is at this time, but I recently discovered it and find it an amazing tool for viewing media content online.
From Wikipedia:
PicLens is a web browser plugin made by Cooliris that provides interactive full-screen slideshows of online images. The plugin is available for Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. At present, the software is compatible with Google Image Search, Yahoo! Image Search, Ask.com Images, deviantART, Flickr, Facebook, Live Image Search, Photobucket, SmugMug, Fotki, YouTube (for videos), and any web site that implements Media RSS tags in their HTML pages. The software places a small icon in the corner of an image thumbnail when the mouse moves over it, which launches into a full-screen photo viewer when clicked, but without giving an option to save any of the pictures shown. Currently, versions are available for Windows and Mac. Support for Linux is planned for the future.
I have modified the DC Fans Image Galleries to make them PicLens compatable. I hope you install the plugin and check it out!
